This is the perfect role for someone with passion, hustle, ability to close, and a desire grow in a professional sales role. We are looking for the individual who represents Tech Admire and drives the revenue of our company, the Sales Executive must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients, and enhance existing relationships.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years of experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience selling technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proven track record in closing sales, with excellent contract negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
- Good communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover the real “pain” a client might be experiencing.
